(1) 前夜祭（服部連合三田会会長、坂本慶応大学常任理事歓迎カクテルパーテイ）

11.45-12.00 : Welcome address by Dr. Tarisa, Honorable Chairman of Bangkok Mita-Kai and Governor of the Bank of Thailand
12.00-12.30 : Greetings by Mr Anzai, President of Keio University
12.30-13.00 : Greetings by Mr Hattori, Chairman of the Keio Federation of Mita-Kai
13.00-14.30 : Lunch, Thai classical dance show and Lucky Draw (Prizes presented by JAL & ANA)
14.30-14.45 : Transfer of the Federation Flag to Singapore Mita-Kai, who will be the host for the second General Assembly
14.45-15.00 : Singing a song “Wakakichi” by all participants and closing

東南アジア連合三田会関連Ｎｅｗｓ

（１）東南アジア連合三田会発足

８月３０日　当地　Dusi Thani Hotelに加盟７三田会の代表(バンコック三田会：小野会長，鈴木代表幹事/クアラランプール三田会：山本副会長/ マニラ三田会：中村会長/シンガポール三田会：新村代表幹事、ジャカルタ三田会：永井会長/サイゴン三田会：小林会長/ハノイ三田会：増田会長は委任状出席)、及び本部から栗生塾員センター課長のご参加も頂き、規約採択を行うと共に“東南アジア連合三田会”の発足を祝いました。

尚今後１１月２９日 東南アジア連合三田会総会前夜祭、３０日には第一回総会が予定されています。

東南アジア連合三田会規約

第一条（名称）　：本会は東南アジア連合三田会と称する。

第二条（目的）　：東南アジア地域に存在する各三田会との相互連絡、親睦と地域社会への貢献を目的とする。

第三条（活動）　：原則２年に一度総会を開催するものとする。

第四条（総会開催地）：原則各国三田会の持ち回りとする。

第五条（会員） ：東南アジア地域に存在する各三田会を以って構成するも のとする。

第六条（役員） ：本会は次の役員をおく。

●会長一名　　：会を代表する。総会開催国の会長がこれを兼務する。

●代表幹事一名 ：事務局として会長を補佐し会務を司る。原則として総会開催地の三田会代表幹事がこれを兼任する。

●幹事六名　 ：代表幹事を補佐し会務を司る。原則各三田会の代表幹事がこれを兼務する。

第七条（その他） ：会務の執行に必要な事柄に就いては別途定める細則に基くものとする。

東南アジア連合三田会規約細則

（１）会員 ： 現在の構成メンバーはジャカルタ、クアラランプール、マニラ、シンガポール、バンコック、サイゴン、ハノイ各三田会。
　　　　　　　新規加入には加盟全会員の一致承認を必要とする。

（２）総会開催地 ：

●　第一回総会はバンコックとする。

●　第二回総会地は第一回総会開催３ヶ月前に決定するするものとする。

（３）総会参加資格： 原則　会員及びその家族、他地域の塾員とその家族、塾生及び塾関係者。

（４）役員任期 　：

● 役員の任期は総会を以って終了するものとする。　

● 役員の変更が必要になった場合は代表幹事経由、各三田会に速やかに連絡するものとする。

Charter of the Keio Federation of Mita-Kai in South East Asia

30th August,2008

Article 1 (Name)

The federation shall be named the Keio Federation of Mita-Kai in South East Asia.

Article 2 (Purpose)

The purposes of the federation are to promote mutual communication and friendship among the Members and to contribute to the communities of the region.

Article 3 (Activity)

The activity of the federation is to hold the General Assembly, in principle,once every two years.

Article 4 (Venue of the General Assembly)

The venue of the General Assembly shall be, in principle, in rotation of the Members’ locations.

Article 5 (Members)

The Members of the federation shall be each Mita-Kai of South East Asian regions.

Article 6 (Executive Officers)

The federation shall have the following Executive Officers.

1. A Chairman shall represent the federation. This position shall be concurrently held by the Chairman of the host city of the General Assembly.

2. A Representative Secretary shall assist the Chairman and manage the day-to-day affairs of the federation. This position shall be, in principle, concurrently held by the Representative Secretary of the host city of the General Assembly.

3. Six Secretaries shall assist the Representative Secretary. These positions shall be, in principle, held by the representative secretaries of each Mita-Kai.

Article 7 (Miscellaneous)

Matters concerning the management of the federation shall be in accordance with the Rules and Regulations of the Keio Federation of Mita-Kai in South East Asia (see Appendix).


Appendix: Rule and Regulations of the Keio Federation of Mita-Kai in South East Asia

30th August,2008

1. Members

The current Members include the Mita-Kai of Jakarta, Kual Lumpur, Manila, Singapore, Bangkok, Saigon and Hanoi. A new Member shall be admitted by the unanimous approval of all Members.

2. Venue of the General Assembly

(1) The first General Assembly shall be held in Bangkok.

(2) The next location shall be determined three months before the first General Assembly.

3. Qualification of Participation to the General Assembly

The members of the Mita-Kai and their families in the region, Keio Alumni and their families of other regions, Keio students and the individuals connected to Keio University are, in principle, qualified to participate to the General Assembly.

4. Term of the Executive Officers

(1) The term of the Executives Officers terminates at the end of the succeeding General Assembly.

(2) In case the change of the Executive Officer(s) becomes necessary, each Mita-Kai shall immediately inform the representative secretary.
